Result 1: Volunteers Talks: videos from volunteers speakers on ESC
Volunteers will have the chance to have an open discussion for their experience during their ESC program. Meet with other volunteers, interact, interpet and explore different ways of approaching ESC. The main goal for this activity is to identify and define the concepts that should be improved for the program and how volunteers can achieve the dissemination for it.
Result 2: Training courses: go locals! how to reach a local community
Training course for youth workers, aim to enrich them with competencies on how to deal and reach local communities and get them involved in the ESC projects, as partners, as active beneficiaries or even as future project coordinators.
Result 3: Meeting rating platform
In this way, volunteers will be able to: meet other volunteers in their new host town, organise events/meetings with the local community, ask for and give information about the associations, and give their own.
