The project is based on non-formal and informal learning methods stimulating creativity, active participation, and initiative. A variety of non-formal learning methods and techniques may be applied in order to address the different needs of participants and desired outcomes.
The main aim of the project is to foster exceptional improvements, revolutionary and included methods possession of shared values, equality, inclusion, engagement, connection. Moreover, GOTHEN aims to promote new methods in order to decrease the inequalities through the ESC program.
MOH – Mobility Opportunities Hub is a sociocultural association in Bari, whose aim is to promote mobility among young people, create synergies with local and European associations and trace a link between social and artistic work. Its roots are in the city of Bari, in the south of Italy. Our areas of action are youth mobility in Europe, artistic mediation and digital communication.
Our goal is both to promote opportunities for youth mobility, encourage personal and professional growth, and activate socio-cultural initiatives, in order to bring an added value to the territory. The intent is to encourage local youth to meet young people from other European countries. This encounter with the “other”, experienced as an enrichment, will spontaneously create active participation in civil society, facilitating also a change in the reality in which we live.
The Cluj-Napoca Volunteering Centre (CNVC) was legally founded, as an independent organization in 2004, initially it was a department of the ProVobis National Volunteering Centre. The mission is to develop volunteerism as a mean of involving citizens in solving out the problems of the Cluj-Napoca community and to develop solidarity in which all citizens get involved in solving the problems of the community, by offering their time, knowledge, skills, energy, talents and experience for a healthier, more beautiful community.
The objectives of the organization are: to increase the number of volunteers within the Cluj-Napoca public institutions and NGOs; to increase the degree of the community involvement of Cluj citizens, through volunteering activities; to increase the innovation degree in the area of volunteerism (by implementing volunteering pilot projects); to increase the visibility of volunteerism among the citizens of our community.
United Societies of Balkans (U.S.B.) is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation based in Thessaloniki, Greece. The fields of work are youth work, non-formal education, human rights, arts, intercultural dialogue, new media, gender-related issues, ecology and sports.
It was founded in 2008 by the inception of a group of active young people who wanted to address the social issues which affect the youngsters in the Balkans and Eastern Europe. The vision and aim of the organisation are the promotion of youth empowerment, participation in the economic and political life, youth mobility, voluntarism and human rights.
The organization has a very rich experience in organizing international youth activities and gives the opportunity to local youngsters to meet and interact with other peers from Europe. It has been involved in dozens KA2 & KA3 projects both centralized and decentralized with program and partner countries.
The organization through the years, due to its rich experience in youth projects and local activities has acquired a prestige and popularity amongst young people in Thessaloniki. It keeps a database of volunteers and members, who are youngsters between 16-30 years old. Its social media and networks are followed by more than 29,000 people as well as its newsletter is received by 6,000 subscribers.
